Technical Procurement Specialist

We are looking for a Procurement Expert to join our friendly and warm team. We are a customer-oriented company, and for us, our customer satisfaction is the most crucial issue.
Procurement Specialist responsibilities include strategizing to find cost- and time-effective deals and suppliers. Great communication skills in negotiation and writing proficiency are essential for getting the job done.

What you will do:

  • Supply and deliver goods (services) based on relevant SLAs
  • Create a vendor list and keep it updated
  • Prepare related documents for payment to suppliers
  • Check and analyze PRs
  • Communicate with internal customers effectively to clarify the requests
  • Handle Purchasing Process from A to Z: Sourcing, negotiation, getting the P/I, ordering and deliver goods or services at the best time
  • Perform routine follow-ups to ensure the delivery of goods or services is in accordance with the desired quality and time
  • Updating vendor list
  • Prepare required purchase documents such as inquiry, proforma, approvals and upload purchase document on the relevant system
  • Report on assigned tasks periodically

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent public relations
  • Familiar with procurement process and negotiation
  • Taking responsibility
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • At least one-year relevant experience
  • Flexibility
  • Pay close attention to detail
  • Eager to learn and excel
